How we work together.

We offer depth-oriented psychotherapy for individuals and couples, and collaborative psychological assessment. Every engagement begins with a conversation to understand what brings you here and what you hope for.

01 — Individual

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is an ongoing, confidential relationship in which you can come to understand yourself more fully and live more freely. We work with adults across a wide range of concerns:

  • Anxiety, depression, and stress
  • Trauma and the aftermath of difficult life events
  • Grief, loss, and life transitions
  • Relationships, intimacy, and sexuality
  • Addiction and recovery
  • Identity, meaning, faith, and purpose

Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, we attend to the whole of your experience — your history, your relationships, and the patterns that may be working beneath awareness. Sessions are typically weekly, allowing the depth and continuity that meaningful change requires. Some people come for a focused season of work; others for a longer journey. We will find the rhythm that fits.

Couples work moves between two registers: understanding the deeper attachment patterns each partner brings, and building concrete, practiced skills for communication and repair. We help partners slow down recurring conflicts, hear what lies beneath them, and find their way back to trust and connection. The work is even-handed — our commitment is to the relationship and to both people in it.

02 — Couples

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to understand the patterns that keep partners stuck and to repair the ruptures that erode closeness. We work with couples facing:

  • Recurring conflict and communication breakdown
  • Loss of intimacy or connection
  • Trust, betrayal, and repair
  • Major transitions — parenthood, illness, relocation, retirement
  • Premarital and relationship clarification
  • Navigating difference and growing apart
03 — Assessment

Psychological Assessment

Psychological assessment brings clarity to complex questions — about diagnosis, about how the mind is working, and about what kind of help will be most useful. We offer:

  • Diagnostic clarification
  • Personality and emotional functioning
  • Treatment planning and second opinions
  • Integration of history, interview, and testing

Our approach to assessment is collaborative and humane. We see testing not as a verdict but as a conversation — a structured way of understanding your experience that we share back with you in plain, useful language. A typical assessment includes an initial interview, one or more testing sessions, and a feedback meeting where findings are discussed and translated into clear next steps.

Fees & insurance. We are happy to discuss fees, sliding-scale availability, and insurance during your initial inquiry. Some of our clinicians are in-network with select plans and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement. Please ask — we will be transparent about cost and fit before any commitment.
